The Cottage
Gull Cottage is a detached residence situated at the end of a private cliff road which enjoys the most fabulous coastal location. The property comprises 1 upstairs double bedroom (king size) and cot with sea views with 3 downstairs bedrooms. The downstairs bedrooms consist of 1 double bedroom, 1 bunk bedroom and finally 1 bunk bedroom with an additional single bed. The property can sleep 8/9 plus a child in the cot.
A patio area to
the south side of the property provides a sheltered location within the
gated and enclosed garden. There is a garage that has been converted to
a lockable shed which can house bicycles and body boards and there is off
road parking for two cars. As with all properties at the cliff edge, care
must be taken to ensure that small children do not wander from the garden
without adult supervision.

The main living area is comfortably furnished and the property has most modern conveniences including a fitted kitchen with electric cooker, microwave, fridge freezer and dish washer. Heating is by night storage with additional electric heaters and a wood burning stove if required. Electricity is included in the price as are local and incoming telephone calls.
The upstairs double bedroom provides a dormer area with chairs for relaxing and enjoying the view. There is a bathroom on the first floor, whilst downstairs there is a shower room with combined washing machine / tumble drier.
The second double bedroom is downstairs. Adjacent bedrooms have adult sized bunks. The downstairs bedrooms are compact but all have their own wash basins. The property does not supply linen but pillows and duvets are provided.
Gull Cottage enjoys a spectacular location overlooking Porthcothan Bay.
